Politicians- Political Eligiblity cum Entrace Test(PEET) for both central and state. Above all 60% of marks must be required for regular degree(not correspondence, open University), and must know good articulation and fluent in Hindi and English(for Central). For State Politicians English and Regional language. No criminal records should be pending against the nominee or earlier committed. This rules are worthy and can turn India from darker side to the brighter.
